Continental Airlines for Lippincott & Margulies, 1991/93
The thin white ribs of the globe were closing in normal print applications.
My job was to create new electronic art to print at small sizes.
The symbol was created in Illustrator 88 before the introduction of filters.
All or the shapes were cut-out and registered manually.
I built in trapping by overlapping the blue on the yellow.
